This easy drinking Mexican Lager would be the perfect beer companion out on a white sandy beach, but it also does pretty well sitting outside on a beautiful sunny Bellingham day. Light crisp malt notes are the central feature of this beer, with a very dry, clean finish, and slight floral hop notes. Highly drinkable, we recommend adding a lime wedge for a slight citrus zing.

What started as a one-off project with the Bellingham Sister City Association (BSCA) has grown into sometime we look forward to every spring. Tateyama, named after our sister city in Japan, is a rice lager brewed with organic California kokuho rose rice from Koda Farms. Their rice provides a delicate, clean, and soft graininess that sweeps the hop flavors across the tongue. With flavors of jasmine, honeydew, and honeysuckle, this beer just screams spring. As we enter into the longer days and begin spending more time outdoors, we're happy to have Tateyama in our pack or in the fridge.

Cold IPA is generously dry-hopped with 2021 harvested Cascade and Chinook from CLS Farms as well as experimental hop HBC 1019 from our friends at Haas. With a crisp, dry body and a bright, snappy finish, this release provides the icy refreshment of a lager while boasting bold notes of grapefruit, candied peach, fresh pine and rose petals exhibited in a modern IPA.

Stone - Japanese Green Tea IPA

First brewed in 2011, this IPA is something truly magnificent, unique and well worth brewing again. The recipe was a collaboration with our friends Toshi Ishii (whose first brewing job was at Stone for many years, before going on to become one of Japan’s most celebrated craft brewers), and Brian Baird (who founded Japan’s Baird Brewing). Whole leaf green tea adds a gentle accent to the blend of northern and southern hemisphere hops in this recipe, and our fans have been asking (some demanding) for its bright herbaceousness to make a return for years. To have such an innovative creation be so fervently enjoyed by nearly everyone who tries it – there’s nothing better. When the time inevitably comes to ask us for another release, just say “Mou ippai!” (I’ll have another!)
