Fort Boise is a West Coast IPA – a collaboration between Fort George and the Boise Co-Op, made from Idaho-sourced ingredients, with Idaho in mind, in the great state of Oregon.

The roast is ever so subtle & gives way to the rich caramel flavors that come from Munich malts. The balance between sweetness & bitterness brings you back for another pint.

Thanks again to our friends at Heater Allen for gracing our brewhouse with their powerful lager expertise. We kind of want to drink this one all to ourselves but we decided beer is best when shared.
