Pale, bright and crisp; this IPA pulls out all the stops. Brewed using new-school techniques and advanced hop products, the focus is on delivering bold hop flavor and aroma through a deceivingly light-bodied and easy-drinking beer. Citra goes 3-ways with Traditional T-90 pellets, cryo pellets and Abstrax brand Quantum extracts. This wave of soft tropical fruit and tangy citrus from Citra is amplified with juicy grapefruit, mango and dark berries from Krush hops. Passion fruit, white grape and kiwi from New Zealand grown Superdelic round-out the mix. Brewed with our friends at Breakside Brewing in Portland, OR with techniques forged by their talented brew-staff to highlight clean and refined flavor from this complex Modern IPA.

Inspired by the beloved Dutch treat, this version of Speedway Stout brings the rich flavors of stroopwafel to life in liquid form. Sweet caramel and brown sugar swirl together with hints of vanilla and cinnamon, while roasted coffee adds depth and balance. The bold, roasty flavor of this stout and the tastefully added caramel sweetness is our homage to the classic pairing of coffee and a stroopwafel.
